An Outagamie County woman facing a lengthy list of charges has been sentenced in an overdose death case.
Court records show that 32-year-old Andi M. Anthony appeared in Waushara County court last week for a sentencing hearing as she was previously convicted of Second-Degree Reckless Homicide linked to a deadly overdose in 2024.
During her sentencing hearing, the 32-year-old was ordered to spend 10 years behind bars followed by eight years on extended supervision.
WHBY reports that Anthony provided drugs to a man who was later found dead in a motel as a result of an overdose due to those narcotics.
However, Anthony is facing a long list of additional charges with numerous open cases in Outagamie County
In December of 2024, she was arrested and charged with Possession with the Intent to Deliver Methamphetamine, Possession of Narcotic Drugs, and Drug Paraphernalia.
In a separate case, also in December of 2024, Anthony was arrested after leading authorities on a high-speed chase in Outagamie County.
The police pursuit would come to an end when Anthony lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a home in the 3100 block of West Capitol Drive in Grand Chute.
In that case, she faces seven felonies, including Second-Degree Reckless Injury, Injury by Use of a Vehicle while Intoxicated, and while Using a Controlled Substance. Anthony will return to court for both of those cases on January 21st.
