Waukesha County is facing a lawsuit over the death of a man at the county jail in 2023.
The family of Randy Glenn filed the lawsuit yesterday, alleging members of the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office failed to provide medical care to him before his death, violating federal law in the process.
It claims Glenn’s health was noticeably declining while in custody, and nothing was done to address it.
Glenn died in his cell in January of 2023 following a probation violation.
The autopsy found there were five bags of cocaine in his stomach at the time.
