A man in Neenah will be facing charges after a stabbing incident.
The Neenah Police Department explains that the male victim showed up at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center with multiple stab wounds this morning (December 31st) just after 12:45 a.m.
The stabbing happened in the 800 block of Cherry Street.
The suspect was later taken into custody and will face charges that will be referred to the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office.
The name of the perpetrator was not provided; however, police say the two men know each other and that there is no threat to the public.
The department concludes by thanking the Wisconsin State Patrol, the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, and the Fox Crossing and Menasha Police Departments for their assistance.
