A Green Bay woman charged in a 2024 shooting was in court yesterday.
19-year-old Rosemary Williams appeared via Zoom for her preliminary hearing as she faces charges of Felony Murder as Party to the Crime, Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
Williams waived her right to a preliminary hearing, during which the prosecution would present evidence, and the judge would determine if the case could proceed to trial.
Williams was arrested in connection with the death of 21-year-old Brandon Ramirez, who was shot during a drug deal gone bad.
He was able to get himself to a hospital in August of 2024, but died at the hospital.
Williams is due back in court for her arraignment on February 20th, while Dion Richardson, Elijah White, Darian Pinchart, and Nigel White are due back at various times over the next two months.
