Motorists are celebrating the end of 2025 with another dip in gas prices.
Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon of regular unleaded fuel dipped two cents since this time last week, coming in at $2.48 this morning as reported on the AAA Gas Prices website.
This marks an eight-week stretch of declining prices in the County, where the average has fallen 52 cents since the first week of November.
Sheboygan County, meanwhile, was the only county in our area to report an increase over the past week, as a two-cent bump leaves them at $2.44.
Calumet County reported a four-cent drop since last week, coming in at $2.47, while Outagamie County’s three-cent drop leaves them at $2.47.
Brown and Kewaunee Counties also reported four-cent drops to $2.43 and $2.44, respectively, while Door County motorists are seeing the biggest change, a dip of a nickel to $2.47.
The state and national averages each dipped a penny since last week to averages of $2.45 and $2.84 per gallon, respectively.
