A man caught stealing from the Manitowoc Walmart in October has once again been arrested for retail theft.
Manitowoc Police were called to the Kwik Trip on South 10th Street just before 7:00 Monday morning (December 29th) to investigate a report of retail theft.
A worker showed a photo of the suspect to the officer, who identified the man based on previous contacts.
Video surveillance showed the man walk into the store, grab a pair of compact umbrellas, and enter the bathroom.
He then exited the bathroom, placed one of them back on the shelf, and left without paying.
The 34-year-old man currently has four open cases on charges including Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Retail Theft, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, and Disorderly Conduct.
He was later located and arrested on charges of Retail Theft and four counts of Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
