Both the Manitowoc and Sheboygan County communities are invited to bowl for a cause.
Big Brothers Big Sisters Wisconsin Shoreline will be hosting the Bowl for Kids’ Sake event in February, offering four days of fun and fundraising.
Sheboygan County’s event will be held at Odyssey Fun Center in Sheboygan Falls on February 6th and 7th, while Manitowoc’s bowling tournament will be held at Meadow Lanes North on February 27th and 28th.
This year’s themes for both will be Game On, with outfits celebrating a team’s favorite sports team, board games, video games, or childhood toys, which are highly encouraged.
Funds brought in during the four days of bowling will directly benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters, which said, “Every dollar raised supports life-changing youth mentoring programs in our community. It takes approximately $2,500 to support one “Big” and “Little” match for a year, so every contribution counts.”
There are multiple time slots available to bowl in both Sheboygan and Manitowoc Counties, and teams can be made up of four to five participants.
Those interested in fundraising on the lanes at either location can find more information on the event, as well as registration forms, online by visiting bbbswishoreline.org.
