Although the Powerball Jackpot continues to roll over, there were a few lucky lottery winners in Wisconsin after Monday’s (December 22nd) drawing.
A $50,000 Powerball ticket was sold in Sheboygan Falls at the Petro Center on Fond du Lac Avenue.
There were also winners in Glendale and Brown Deer, with a $1 million winner matching five of the numbers but not the Powerball.
The numbers for Wednesday’s draw were 3-18-36-41-54 with a Powerball of 7. The other tickets matched four numbers and the Powerball.
The estimate of yesterday’s (or today’s) Powerball jackpot is $1.7 billion, the fourth largest in U.S. History.
Five other Powerball jackpots have been won this year in states like Oregon, California, Missouri, and Texas, among others.
Winners have 180 days from the draw to claim their prize, while sellers of lottery tickets will receive an incentive from the Wisconsin Lottery of up to $100,000.
