A Manitowoc man has been arrested after his Dropbox was found to have two videos depicting child pornography.
The Manitowoc Police Department received a tip from the Department of Criminal Investigation in Madison, which indicated an IP address located in Manitowoc was associated with the viewing of illicit videos.
The tip noted that two videos depicting child sexual assault material were viewed on October 16th, and the owner attempted to share them.
One of the videos was described in the police report as featuring two separate prepubescent females and an unidentified male.
The IP address was linked to a residence in the 600 block of North 6th Street, leading Manitowoc Detectives to contact 19-year-old Kashaun Oliver.
He confirmed that the Dropbox in question was his and admitted to watching the videos and attempting to send them to another account.
Oliver was arrested on two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and has since been released on bond and is due back in court on December 29th for his initial appearance.
