Nearly two dozen cats are receiving care this Christmas after being rescued from a hoarding situation in Dane County last week.
The Dane County Humane Society says the 23 pets were removed from a 300-square-foot studio apartment.
Some of the animals are getting medical treatment, and others are available for adoption now.
