The Chamber of Manitowoc County is offering a new course for community leaders.
Advance Leadership: Educate, Empower, Elevate will take place starting on Monday, January 28th, going between the UW-Green Bay Manitowoc campus and Lakeshore College Manitowoc campus.
The program was created for mid- to senior-level managers, nonprofit administrators, and entrepreneurs looking to expand their leadership and communication skills to advance their careers and organizations.
The classes are divided into six sessions, with one each month until June.
Topics, including celebrating strengths, accountability culture, leading in a multi-generational workforce, and organizational performance and data-driven leadership, will be covered.
Each session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and includes lunch. Groups interested in the entire class can sign up for $1,650 for chamber members, while non-members will pay $3,300.
Individual classes will cost $275 for members and $550 for nonmembers.
