The Little Chute woman accused of running over a police officer has entered her plea.
21-year-old Katrina Kitzman has pleaded not guilty on charges of First-Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Battery to a Law Enforcement Officer, Attempting to Flee or Elude an Officer, Hit and Run Causing Injury, Obstructing an Officer, Possession of THC, and Operating While Intoxicated, Causing Injury.
She was arrested in early November after police were called to the scene of a verbal altercation.
When the officers attempted to speak with her, the highly intoxicated Kitzman lunged forward in her car, running over one of the officer’s legs.
She then led police on a short chase and was apprehended.
Kitzman is due back in court in February.
