A man is dead following a weekend UTV crash in Lafayette County.
Emergency crews were called to the wreck site on Wildcat Road in the Town of Darlington around 6:30 Sunday morning.
Authorities say 55-year-old Mark Nelson was operating the vehicle when he ran off the road and struck a tree.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wardens with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources are leading the investigation.
