The federal trial for the Milwaukee judge accused of helping a defendant evade arrest by ICE inside her courthouse is now in the hands of the jury.
The incident involving Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan took place at the county courthouse last April, and a grand jury indicted Dugan the following month.
She faces felony obstruction and other charges.
Dugan was criticized by President Trump around the time of the incident.
The defense made its case yesterday after the government called more than a dozen witnesses.
