There is just one meeting scheduled for today (December 18th) in the City of Sheboygan.
The City’s Board of Waterworks Commissioners will convene in the Water Utility Admin Office at 3:30 p.m.
The group will begin the meeting by receiving their financial and Superintendent’s reports before requesting the purchase of water meters and a replacement tractor backhoe.
The Commissioners will then receive updates on the 2026 lead service line and internet fiber optic projects, request approval of their 2026 audit proposal, and discuss a claim filed from a property owner in the 1500 block of Humboldt Avenue.
The final item on the group’s agenda will be conducting an interview with a candidate for the position of Utility Accountant.
This will be the final governmental meeting of the week in the City of Sheboygan and the last of the year for the Board of Waterworks Commissioners.
Also tonight, the City’s Edgewater Resources group will be holding an Open Community Vision Session to discuss the future of the Harbor Centre Marina.
That will be held at Kiwanis Park starting at 6:00 p.m.
