Opening statements in the trial of the Milwaukee County judge are scheduled to start today.
Judge Hannah Dugan is accused of obstructing immigration agents who were attempting to arrest a man in her courtroom.
Dugan was arrested a couple of days later and pleaded not guilty to obstruction charges.
Those considered for the jury were told the trial is expected to take four to five days.
