A Fond du Lac man has been charged with a long list of charges in a child pornography case.
Court records show that 37-year-old Dylan Gall had his bail set at $25,000 cash yesterday (December 11th) as he has been charged with 10 felony counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
These charges stem from an incident that occurred earlier this week.
WBAY reports that the Fond du Lac Police Department received an online tip regarding suspected illegal behavior, which led them to Gall.
Authorities then searched the 37-year-old’s residence, who claimed he was unaware of what their investigation was regarding.
A subsequent search of his phone uncovered numerous images containing child sexual assault material.
These images were described by police as showing prepubescent children being sexually assaulted, with one of them appearing to be a toddler.
While more than 10 files containing child pornography were found, only 10 were documented, as is standard procedure for Fond du Lac Police.
Additional terms of his bail include no unsupervised contact with anyone under the age of 18, no use of social media, and no use of file-sharing apps or websites.
Gall will return to Fond du Lac County Court on January 29th for his initial appearance.
