A Green Bay man is facing charges of possession of child pornography after an underage girl’s nude photo was found online.
FOX11 reports that 76-year-old Dennis Derbique made his initial appearance in a Brown County Court as he faces charges of possession of child pornography, sexual assault, and child enticement.
He was given a $500,000 cash bail and will return to court on January 21st.
A criminal complaint alleges that police were alerted to a 20-second video clip posted on Snapchat showing the nude 7-year-old with a Derbique commenting on her appearance.
Another incident alleges that he filmed another victim and her older sister while touching the younger victim inappropriately.
The complaint also alleges that Debrique admitted to the incidents, saying, “I’m physically and sexually attracted to little girls. I have a problem and recognize that I need help.”
Police are now looking at more than 1,300 items of evidence and could file more charges involving additional victims in the future.
