The woman charged in a fatal Brown County crash on Thanksgiving has been ordered to stand trial.
FOX11 reports that Cheryl Mitchell waived her preliminary hearing in Brown County Court on Tuesday and had her arraignment scheduled for February 3rd.
Mitchell was behind the wheel of a vehicle that crashed into another on I-43 near the State Highway 96 Ramp in New Denmark.
The crash occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m., and Mitchell told police she was traveling from Denmark to Pound.
She admitted to drinking three glasses of wine with her nieces before getting in the car.
A husband and wife were injured in the crash, while their son died from his injuries two days after the crash.
