The organizers of Cool City Christmas have confirmed that Santa and his Reindeer will still be coming to the program this weekend.
Despite the snow we received last night and the potential for more on Friday and Saturday, the third annual Christmas celebration in Two Rivers will still take place this Saturday in the downtown area.
Santa will instead conduct his meet and greet inside the Senior Center Library, but his reindeer and sleigh will have to stay outside.
Also in the lower level of the Community House will be s’more and gingerbread house stations, crafts, the police department’s K9 Unit, Santa’s Workshop, face painting, and the golf simulator.
Even more activities will be available in the Community House gymnasium, and the skate loop will be open, along with free ice skate rentals.
Food trucks and carriage rides are still planned for Central Park West.
