There are three Manitowoc County government meetings scheduled for today (December 9th).
Up first is the Board of Adjustment’s Advisory Committee, which will be in the County Office Complex at 9:00 a.m.
They will discuss variance and conditional use permit requests submitted by Carmeuse Lime and Stone located in Rockwood.
Then, at 9:30 a.m., the Veteran Service Commission will convene in the Heritage Building to review numerous monetary support requests, all of which will be conducted in a closed session.
Closing out the day will be the Highway Committee, which will meet in the Highway Department Building at 4:00 p.m.
After hearing comments from the public, the group will discuss a controlled access driveway relocation request on Highway Q, hours of operation, and the preparation for the winter season.
