There is only one meeting today (December 8th) in the City of Two Rivers.
The Plan Commission will be in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m., the they will discuss a request for a conditional use permit for a self-storage facility on Columbus Street.
They will also review a pair of proposed amendments to the municipal code.
The first is related to signage, specifically to regulate the erection of billboards within the city limits.
The second is regarding the regulation of the height of fences.
The group will also discuss changes to the building permit and inspection fees for 2026.
