The former Plymouth High School teacher accused of having sex with a student has entered her plea.
43-year-old Marcie Zimmerman pleaded not guilty to charges of Exposing a Child to Harmful Material, and two counts each of Sexual Assault of a Student by School Staff, and Sexual Intercourse with a Child 16 or Older while 19 or Older.
The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office reports that Zimmerman was living in Fond du Lac at the time of the assault of the since-graduated student.
She also previously taught at Reedsville High School prior to her tenure at Plymouth.
She will be back before Judge Laura Lavey on January 6th for a status conference.
