
The man who was behind the wheel of a vehicle that claimed the lives of two people has been sentenced.
WBAY reports 24-year-old Kelton Snulligan was previously found guilty due to no contest pleas on charges including Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle and 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide.
Judge Tammy Jo Hock ordered Snulligan to spend ten years in prison, followed by 10 years on extended supervision.
Snulligan was said to be driving at speeds over 100 MPH along Webster Avenue in Allouez in July of 2023 when he collided with another vehicle.
The impact killed the other driver, Luis Rios-Alvarado and Trevor Hermon, who was a passenger in Snulligan’s vehicle.
Four others were injured in the crash, including Snulligan, who was said to have a BAC of .097.
