
The Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit teamed up with the DEA’s Green Bay Resident Office to get over 40 pounds of fentanyl off the street.
The two entities conducted a coordinated drug-trafficking investigation, which also included the Sheboygan Drug Task Force, and Wisconsin State Patrol.
On January 6th, 2025, Dylan Hock, Trevor Hock, and Jose Gamez were arrested after a search of their vehicle resulted in the seizure of 43.2 pounds of fentanyl, worth an estimated $5.8 million.
This was the largest fentanyl pill seizure in Manitowoc County history and is believed to be the largest in Wisconsin State history.
Dylan Hock was convicted on November 20th and sentenced to 10 years in prison, followed by 10 years of extended supervision, while Trevor Hock pleaded guilty on Thursday.
He will be sentenced by Judge Jerilyn Dietz on February 10th, 2026.
Jose O. Gamez remains in custody on allegations of being a party to the crime of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and is awaiting future court proceedings.
