
The Sheboygan Area School District is now accepting school choice applications.
This first application period officially began yesterday (December 1st) and will remain open through February 8th, 2026.
It will be the first of three rounds of applications for the district, with the first offering the most availability to have an application approved.
Round two will run from February 9th through April 30th, and round three will go from May 1st until the start of the next school year.
Each home address in the City of Sheboygan is assigned to a predetermined neighborhood school, with enrollment at that school guaranteed for all children living at said address.
However, families living within the SASD have many options when it comes to choosing a school.
For non-residents applying for school choice in the City of Sheboygan, applications will be considered; however, after district resident applications are processed.
