A State Park in Sheboygan is getting into the holiday spirit this month.
Kohler-Andrae State Park’s Cabin Fever Series will be held on December 20th, featuring multiple educational events and workshops for parkgoers.
The event will begin at 11:00 a.m. and run through 3:00 p.m., and is broken into three activities.
They will be ornament crafting, where guests will create ornaments, cards, and other holiday items using natural crafting materials.
Talking Turkey will feature Naturalist Kim Drost, who will provide an educational discussion on all things wild turkey-related.
The final option for those in attendance will be the Walk on the Wild Side, a walk along the park’s iconic beach and dunes with Naturalist Garth Ewing, searching for winter wildlife that calls the park home.
The outdoor walk will last approximately one hour and begin at 1:00 p.m.
