The Green Bay Police Department is asking for help locating a missing teenager.
17-year-old Sapphire Hammer of Green Bay was last seen in the 1300 block of Doty Street on Sunday (November 30th) at around 7:30 p.m., and was last in contact with her family Monday evening.
Her whereabouts at the time of her last communication with her family is unknown.
Sapphire stands 5’ 6” tall, weighs around 250 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
