The Wisconsin State Patrol is reporting the arrest of a St. Paul woman on OWI charges on Thanksgiving night.
33-year-old Samantha Hakala was stopped on Highway 53 in Douglas County after an officer had spotted her driving erratically.
Police say Hakala had three minors in her vehicle at the time she was stopped.
