There is now a parking ban in the City of Two Rivers.
The ban went into effect this morning (December 1st) and will be in place every day between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless the city suspends it.
In the interest of public safety and snowplow operator efficiency, the parking ban will be enforced when snow is in the near-term forecast.
City officials say that when a snow event is underway and for 24 hours after any snow event, the winter parking ban will take effect.
If you’re not sure whether the parking ban is in effect, assume it is unless the city posts an official announcement that it has been lifted.
