
The City of Manitowoc is kicking off the month of December with three meetings on the calendar.
Up first is the Harbor Commission, which will meet in the 2nd Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 4:30 p.m., where they will welcome new members.
They will also get updates on the dredging operations plan, the replacement of the “A” dock at the Manitowoc Marina, and Harbor Assistance Program projects.
Then, at 5:00 p.m., the Common Council will convene in the Council Chambers, where they will hold a public hearing on the 2026 City Budget.

Then, at 5:30 p.m., the Personnel Committee will take over the Council Chambers, where they will discuss eliminating unfunded job positions, as well as the training, membership, and tuition reimbursement policy.
