A convicted sex offender is set to be released in Manitowoc County.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office reports that 47-year-old Travis J. Stelzer was previously convicted of Child Enticement and 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and has served his sentence as imposed by the courts.
Stelzer will be residing in the 1500 block of Saxonburg Road in Mishicot and will be required to follow the rules established by the Department of Corrections.
This includes him being a lifetime registrant on the Sex Offender Registration Program.
Stelzer is not wanted by police at this time, and any use of this information to harass, intimidate, or threaten him will not be tolerated.
