Bail has been set for the Manitowoc man arrested following a physical altercation at the Burger Boat Company Park.
47-year-old Timothy O. Trombley was present for his bail hearing yesterday (November 24th), where it was set at $150 cash by Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa.
This comes after Trombley was arrested on Saturday afternoon by Manitowoc Police, who were called to the park on a report of a physical altercation.
Witnesses told police that a dispute involving the 47-year-old and two other individuals turned physical when Trombley’s girlfriend was not allowed to enter another individual’s vehicle.
It is alleged that this upset Trombley, who proceeded to punch the vehicle owner two or three times before fleeing the scene due to having a warrant out for his arrest.
During his bail hearing, it was learned that this warrant comes out of Sheboygan County for a missed court date last week in relation to an open Hit and Run case.
In his Manitowoc County case, Trombley is facing charges of Disorderly Conduct, Felony Bail Jumping, and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Additional terms of his bail include absolute sobriety and no contact with the individual he is accused of punching.
He will next be due in court on Monday (December 1st) for an initial appearance at 1:30 p.m. in Branch 1.
