When gutters fill with big chunks of ice, it’s a sign that heat from inside your home is escaping into your attic and melting snow on your roof.
It thaws and refreezes, causing exterior damage, and can lead to water damage inside your house.
Additionally, when moisture builds up between window panes, a seal may be broken.
To combat these issues, WPS is offering a free Focus on Comfort package, which includes two energy-efficient light bulbs, a light switch and outlet gaskets, a self-adhesive door sweep, and weather stripping, among other items.
