A plea deal has been offered to Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Duggan.
U.S. Attorney Brad Schimel told WISN 12 on Wednesday that the deal was given to Dugan, but she hasn’t accepted it, adding she is maintaining her innocence.
Dugan has been accused of obstructing federal immigration agents.
She is scheduled to go to trial Don ecember 15th unless a plea deal is reached.
