Home prices in Manitowoc County have fallen for the second month in a row, and are approaching a 2025 low.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association released its October Home Sales Report, in which the average price for a home in Manitowoc County was listed at $218,000.
This is $22,000 less than in September, $39,400 lower than August, and $12,000 less expensive than October of 2024.
The WRA had more data to sift through as well, with the number of homes sold rising from 87 in September to 91 in October.
That is also 11 more homes than were sold last October. The state averages followed similar trends.
The median home price last month was $331,500, which is $5,500 lower than September but $500 higher than October of 2024.
Additionally, 6,643 homes were sold throughout Wisconsin last month, roughly 300 more than the previous month, and just shy of 400 more than last October.
