The City of Manitowoc has clarified its recent parking changes.
Seehafernews.com reported earlier this week that the City of Manitowoc approved an ordinance change that would limit parking on the east side of South 8th Street from Madison to Columbus Street between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. while Lincoln High School is in session.
In the ordinance update, there were letters updated for no parking that are already in place on both Franklin and Quay Streets that go through downtown Manitowoc.
This means that no changes to the actual parking spaces in those areas are being implemented.
