This year’s honorable parade marshals for the 37th Annual Lakeshore Holiday Parade in Manitowoc will help carry on the legacy of a former city representative.
The City of Manitowoc announced that the Brey family will serve as the parade marshals.
Jim Brey passed away suddenly in August at the age of 58.
The city called him a dedicated public servant and supporter of many local community events, like the Lakeshore Holiday Parade, and a pillar of local government for decades.
Since his passing, his wife, Jodi Brey, was appointed to fill the 4th district aldermanic seat and carry on Jim’s legacy.
