Authorities are dealing with an active incident in the City of Menasha.
The Menasha Police Department has said the incident is taking place in the 300 block of Grandview Avenue.
Anyone living in the area is being asked to shelter in place while police handle the situation.
Additionally, those not living in the area are also asked to avoid the scene as well.
