The Wisconsin Lottery is bringing a way for people to claim prizes at their local grocery store.
The Winner Wagon will stop at the Woodman’s grocery store parking lot on Westhill Blvd. in Appleton today (November 19th) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for winning ticket holders to claim their lottery prizes in person, up to $200,000.
All prize payments will be made by check, which can be cashed at any US Bank location or the player’s preferred cashing method.
The Wisconsin Lottery explains that the Winner Wagon is a special dual-use vehicle for lottery special events and mobile validation.
It’s also designed to “bring excitement and accessibility to players across the state.”
If a lottery ticket winner can’t make it, winning tickets between $600 and $199,999 can be claimed at Wisconsin Lottery offices in Milwaukee and Madison.
Tickets above $200,000 may be claimed only at the Madison office.
