It is a busy day in Sheboygan with three governmental meetings on the docket today (November 19th).
Up first will be the Redevelopment Authority meeting in the first-floor conference room at City Hall at 7:45 a.m.
First, they will receive a request from Sheboygan Visual Artists for use of the green space on South Pier Drive while Sear’d BBQ is requesting green space use on New York Avenue.
Then, at 4:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Appeals will convene in Council Chambers, with the only item on its agenda being a resident’s variance request to construct a privacy wall on their property in the 2100 block of South 8th Street.
Closing out the day will be the Mead Public Library Board of Trustees meeting in the Rocca Room at 5:00 p.m.
They will review and possibly take action on the payment of expenditures such as grants, gifts, and donations before receiving the Director’s report, which will include services and programming updates and talks on the recently approved 2026 budget.
These will be the last meetings of the week in the City of Sheboygan.
