The sale of Color Craft Graphic Arts in Manitowoc will be a mutually beneficial change.
That is what Nadia D’Aloisio, the Marketing Manager at PaperWorks Industries Inc. said of the recent acquisition.
PaperWorks has a mill where Color Craft was already sourcing materials from, so this created an opportunity to integrate their operations.
On top of one entity helping the other, D’Aloisio said the location of Color Craft was a big draw for PaperWorks
“We have five packaging facilities and two mills, and one of our mills is located in Wabash, Indiana,” she explained. “Strategically, this new location complements our geographic footprint and positions us to serve our customers better.”
Anytime a company is sold, the first question on many people’s minds is, “What is going to happen to the employees?”
D’Aloisio says there is nothing to worry about.
“The facility runs very well, so there are no plans to change or disrupt anything at this time,” she reassured SeehaferNews.com. “We want to make sure that the current customers there are taken care of in the manner that they’re used to.”
At the end of the day, PaperWorks believes this acquisition will have a positive impact on Manitowoc County, especially as Color Craft shares a lot of the same values as PaperWorks.
“The team in Manitowoc delivers exceptional service. That’s a priority for them,” she specifically pointed to, while also saying both entities have a focus on providing great service.
Our first interactions have been positive, and we’re happy to welcome our new team members.
Gregg Weber, President & CEO of Color Craft, agreed, previously calling PaperWorks “an organization that emulates our values and has an outstanding reputation in the industry.”
