A hangout space in Manitowoc brought home the top prize at the Progress Lakeshore LEVEL UP Pitch Competition.
The event was held at the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, where nine entrepreneurs explained to a panel of judges how their business idea would affect the community.
The winners of the $1,000 first-place prize were Lily Schuette and Jessica Nicholson of The Nook, a sober social space in Downtown Manitowoc.
Second place, and a $500 cash prize, went to Shane Enderson for his product known as The Chill Daddy, a customizable wall-mounted refrigerator.
