A Manitowoc-based package manufacturing company has been purchased by a Pennsylvania company.
PaperWorks Industries Inc. has bought Color Craft Graphic Arts, located at 5631 West Drive in Manitowoc, for an undisclosed price.
The purchase is not expected to affect any employees’ jobs, as PaperWorks stated in the announcement that they are adding the carton facility and its 120 employees to their already expansive team of workers across the U.S. and Canada.
Gregg Weber, President & CEO of Color Craft, will also join the PaperWorks team.
He called PaperWorks “an organization that emulates our values and has an outstanding reputation in the industry. This is a great opportunity for the Manitowoc team to thrive within a larger folding carton network and leverage mill integration to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.”
