It will be a busy Veeran’s Day in the City of Two Rivers, as there are three meetings on the calendar.
First up is the Explore Two Rivers Board of Directors, which will be in the 2nd Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 8:00 a.m.
After looking over their financial reports and approving the 2026 budget, the group will get the latest on the website and the group’s focus on AI moving into 2026.
Then, at 6:00 p.m., the Personnel and Finance Committee will be in the 3rd Floor Committee Room, where they will continue their review if the 2026 budget.
Specifically, the group will look over the general, debt service, special revenue, and capital project funds before putting together a recommendation for the City Council regarding the 2025 property tax levy.
At the same time, the Library Board will be in the Community Room in the Lester Public Library, where they will also review the Library’s 2026 budget.
