There is a new face joining the Above and Beyond Children’s Museum’s Board of Directors.
The museum has shared that community member and Director of Human Resources at the Vollrath Company, Zach Salata, has been appointed to the Above and Beyond Board.
With Vollrath, he puts a strong focus on leadership development, culture, and employee engagement, and will look to bring that same expertise to the children’s museum.
Salata steps into the role as a graduate of both Lakeland and Marquette Universities, with previous experience serving on the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters WI Shoreline and the Sheboygan County Warming Center.
On why Salata will be a valuable addition to the team, Cate Tinker, Executive Director of Above and Beyond, said, “Zach is all about helping people and organizations reach their full potential – he loves creating spaces where people feel valued and inspired to grow.”
While Salata said, “I appreciate engaging with the Sheboygan community because I’ve seen how both individuals and companies come together to rally around a cause. Their shared commitment and generosity reflect the spirit of this community and make a real difference.”
