For the third time in a week, a local law enforcement agency is informing the public about a convicted sex offender who is set to reside in the area.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office reports that 61-year-old Randy C. Breuninger, who was previously convicted on three counts of Possession of Child Pornography, will be residing in the 4000 block of Tapawingo Road in Mishicot.
He is required to follow the rules established by the Department of Corrections and will be a part of the Sex Offender Registration Program for life.
Breuninger is not wanted by police at this time, and any use of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass him will not be tolerated.
