Two people are dead after a house fire east of Milwaukee.
It happened yesterday morning when first responders were called to the home in Waukesha and arrived to find heavy smoke throughout the house.
The fire department was told two people were inside the house, and that’s where they were found once they could search the interior.
The pair was taken to the hospital, but later died.
Investigators are trying to figure out what started the blaze.
