The Chamber of Manitowoc County needs volunteers for one of its longest-running events.
The Chamber’s Career Expo will take place on Tuesday, November 18th, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:10 p.m. at Lakeshore College in Cleveland.
700 Manitowoc County High School freshmen and sophomores will attend and will see three-to-five-minute show-and-tell demos.
The Chamber needs volunteers, or “show and tellers,” to talk about manufacturing, healthcare, architecture and construction, agriculture, law and public safety, and hospitality.
Volunteers just need to be in teams of two or three and be willing to be at an interactive station to introduce students to their field.
Three sessions will be held in the morning, and three in the afternoon.
Lunch will be provided as well.
