The man accused in a triple homicide in New Lisbon has entered a not guilty plea to all charges.
Prosecutors say 48-year-old Virgil Thew fatally shot his girlfriend, Elizabeth Kolba, and two girls, ages 12 and 13, in December 2024.
All three victims died from gunshot wounds.
Thew was captured in January after a multi-day manhunt and now faces three counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
A nine-day jury trial is scheduled for December 2026.
